A Small Chartered MEP Practice, Founded In 2015.
Founded in Newmarket by Jeremy Sharman and Tim Grimwade. Mechanical, electrical and public health engineering, all three disciplines delivered in-house, with the directors close to every project from feasibility through to commissioning.
The approach we work from is robust simplicity, a phrase inherited from one of our mentors. The simplest system that meets the brief is almost always the right one. Easier to commission, easier to maintain, and easier for the people who use the building to understand.
